Scientific internship for master's students of KazNU at the Institute of Oriental Studies named after R.B. Suleimenova

From March 26 to April 9, 2024, 2nd year undergraduates of the educational program “7M02217-Oriental Studies” and “7M02310-Foreign Philology (Oriental Languages)” of the Department of the Far East, Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU Al-Farabi Pishchalin V.A., Lamanova K.A. completed a scientific internship at the Institute of Oriental Studies.

On the first day of the scientific internship, the master's students met with the internship supervisor, Amirbek S.K. The supervisor covered in detail topics related to the structure of scientific articles, rules for formatting bibliographic references, criteria for evaluating work, and ethical principles of scientific activity.

During the period of scientific internship, the master's students did a lot of work to collect material on the topic of the dissertation. The supervisor, Amirbek S.K., entrusted the master's students with the task of correcting scientific articles intended for publication, which included analyzing the argumentation and logic of presentation, checking the text's compliance with regulatory requirements and improving the overall quality of the text. The master's students showed a high degree of responsibility and competence, actively applying the acquired knowledge in practice, which significantly increased the scientific activity of the reviewed works.
