Republican round table on the topic: “Organizational legal issues of Republican public mediation associations : current problems and law enforcement practice"

As part of the 90th anniversary of the Al Farabi Kazakh National University, the department of civil law and civil procedure, labor law, together with the Republican public association “Union of Lawyers and Mediators “Man and Law”, held a Republican round table on the topic: “Organizational legal issues of Republican public mediation associations : current problems and law enforcement practice", which was attended by representatives, in particular the heads of republican public associations in the field of mediation, representatives of the authorized body of the Civil Society Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teaching staff, doctoral students and undergraduates.
The round table moderator Saida Asanova, PhD, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation Activities and International Relations of the Law Faculty of KazNU named after A. Al Farabi and Head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Law, Professor Saule Zhusupbekovna Suleimenova.

The round table participants in an open discussion discussed topical issues of the organizational and legal activities of the Republican public mediation associations and recommendations on which will be sent for further joint work to the authorized body of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
