CERTIFICATION OF PROFESSORAL AND TEACHING STAFF OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN

ON MAY 15, 2024, during a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a decision was made to certify the teaching staff of all medical universities.
Certification of teaching staff will improve the quality of medical education and ensure a high level of training of specialists for the healthcare system of Kazakhstan. Previously, the certification of teaching staff was carried out in 2017.
The purpose of certification of teaching staff of medical universities is to determine the quality of educational services. The results of the analysis of the current state of the level of teaching staff competencies will be aimed at developing strategies, programs, proposals for improving the medical education system, taking into account international experience and practice.
New priority directions for the development of education in medical universities will be identified.
