The message is a strategy for the country's development.

On September 2, 2024, at a joint meeting of the chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced his address to the people of the country. The address of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "just Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism" was also received by students of the Faculty of Law with great pleasure. The head of state focused on systemic economic changes aimed at improving the life of the population. 
The address contains about a hundred different initiatives, proposals and tasks. For example, we can highlight such priorities as a carefully thought-out reboot of the tax system, optimization of a package of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, affordable lending for the agricultural industry, fair and effective tariff policy, modernization of transport infrastructure, training of qualified specialists, development and mass digitalization of artificial intelligence, comprehensive security of citizens. 
The head of state separately dwelled on a number of topical issues that concern the population. Among them are such problems as internet fraud, road accidents, discipline in the army, the fight against drug trafficking, the disadvantage of the health insurance system, the shortage of pedagogical and medical personnel, excessive state control over the sphere of small and medium-sized businesses, falsification of Agricultural Statistics.    
Now the global geopolitical situation is complicated. Radical changes are taking place in the world, in Kazakhstan. At this stage, our state has determined a new direction of development and is confidently moving along this path. This is the way to build a just, clean and safe Kazakhstan, as the president said. We must not deviate from this course. Law and order should prevail, and we should become a single nation with strong unity.
