Today, in the main building of KazNU named after Al-Farabi, we listened to the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan entitled "Just Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, social optimism" and discussed very important issues. The main priorities of the message were aimed at increasing the welfare of the people.
    The head of state emphasized the need to conduct a systematic analysis of banks' monetary policy and adopt a new law on banks in order to eliminate the inconsistency between fiscal policy.
    The problem of positive influence on the development of entrepreneurship by leaving the tax from small and medium business to the regions was also mentioned.
    Tax policy is one of the priority areas in the message. Adoption of the Tax Code. From now on, the method of administrative punishment in tax payment will be transferred to the digital system. It is clear that by digitizing the tax policy, we will get rid of some corruption.
    The head of state said that 2025 will be called the "Year of Workers' Professions".
         What I really liked was that the Head of State, concluding the message, called for a concrete decision, not an empty answer: "We must be able to answer for our promises and deeds."
