Message from the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan in 2024

SDG 4. This year we have entered a new stage. Our people supported the course of political modernization at the national referendum. The constitutional reform was an important step towards the creation of a new, just Kazakhstan. The political revival in the country should now be followed by economic changes. 
On September 2, 2024, at a joint meeting of the chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced his address to the people of the country. It is necessary to clearly define measures for effective support of projects and the timing of their implementation. It is necessary to involve foreign investors and representatives of the country's business as much as possible in its implementation. In work, it is necessary to use our raw materials, goods and personnel, in other words, all our internal capabilities.

We must move to a new model of development through a new industrial policy.
