Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan is an important guideline for the future of the country!

SDG 4. On September 2, 2024, at the joint session of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced his Message to the people of the country. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's Message to the people of Kazakhstan on the topic "Fair Kazakhstan: the rule of law, economic progress, social optimism" was met with great enthusiasm by students of the Faculty of Law. In particular, the Message  was listened to with great interest by students of the 110th group of the Faculty of Law.

The students especially liked the systemic economic changes noted by the Head of State, aimed at improving the lives of the people, including a carefully thought-out reboot of the tax system, optimization of a set of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, provision of affordable loans to agriculture, industry, implementation of a fair and effective tariff policy, improvement of transport infrastructure, such priorities as modernization, training of qualified specialists, development of artificial intelligence and mass digitalization, comprehensive provision of citizen security.

During the discussion of the Message, students asked questions on issues that interested them and emphasized the importance of the Message’ objectives and their effective implementation to increase the confidence of young people in the country’s future.
