Measures to ensure occupational safety

       On September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law held a scientific seminar on "Measures to ensure occupational safety" within the framework of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The event created a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of law and sustainable development and brought together representatives of the teaching staff, students, undergraduates and doctoral students. The main purpose of the seminar was to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and scientific research aimed at the development and implementation of effective measures to protect occupational safety. One of the relevant aspects raised during the seminar was the role of civil law and Civil procedure, labor law in resolving issues related to occupational safety protection. The experts noted the importance of creating a legal framework for effective environmental protection, and also considered the practical aspects of applying legislation in this area.
