On September 19, 2024, the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University within the framework of the implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2029, SDG-16 and the comprehensive anti-corruption plan of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for the 2024-2025 academic year with the participation of employees of the Department of Anti-Corruption Service for the city of Almaty A scientific seminar on the topic "Fundamentals of anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held. The scientific seminar was opened with a foreword by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, PhD, Associate Professor Akhatov U.A.. The scientific seminar was attended by Chairman of the Veterans Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) in Almaty, Dosanov Adil Sabitovich, who familiarized with the activities of the anti-corruption agency. He answered students' questions about anti-corruption legislation. In addition, the scientific seminar was attended by Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Doctor of Law Ibraeva A.S., Head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor Kerimbek G.E. and Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law for Scientific and Innovative Work and International Relations, PhD Myrzataev N.D.. Head of the Department of Customs, Finance and environmental law, Doctor of law, professor Kuanalieva Guldana Amangeldiovna thanked the guests who took part in the scientific seminar and summed up the results of the event. The event was held at a very high level.
