President's Message - 2024.

   In his Message "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism" to the people of Kazakhstan, Head of State K. Tokayev called one of the most important tasks to increase the country's human resources potential, it was noted that 23 well–known foreign universities were attracted to the country in order to internationalize higher education. It was noted the importance of providing all possible assistance to their activities, including by gradually expanding the state order for training specialists. The President noted that the same applies to domestic universities, whose educational programs meet modern requirements. The size of the allocated grants should allow organizing a high-quality educational process.

   This task set by the Head of State involves the training of specialists who meet modern requirements, who will replenish the competitive and highly qualified personnel potential of the country.

    One way to describe a lawyer of the future is to make a list of key tasks that a lawyer will have to solve, and which will reveal the necessary skills for this. Considering the importance of developing practical skills on September 23, 2024 for 3rd year students of the Faculty of Law, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work, PhD Asanova S.E. and senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law Muksinova A.T. A guest lecture was organized and conducted with representatives of the law firm Synergy Partners on the topic "Legal career: skills for building an effective strategy". Speaker Stamkulov Nurzhan and HR manager of the law firm Synergy Partners Baizakova Madina gave students meaningful information on choosing the direction of their future activities, as well as explained the skills of a future lawyer. The lecture aroused high interest among students and took the form of a debate, where students were able to ask interesting questions and share their prospects for the future.

    The best lawyer is a person who combines a high IQ and EI. The lawyer of the future has similar skills to a doctor. He will return to the role of trusted advisor. He will interpret his knowledge (practical and theoretical) into judgments and actions aimed at solving the client's problems.
