On September 19, 2024, as part of the implementation of the plan to combat corruption in the educational sphere, a seminar was held on the topic "University Beyond Corruption". The event was aimed at the formation and strengthening of anti-corruption culture among students and teachers. The speaker of the seminar was Mr. Sanrai Smagulova - Master of Law, lecturer of the Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law" of the Faculty of Law of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi. During the seminar the key principles of anti-corruption policy were discussed, as well as topical issues related to the prevention and identification of corruption risks. Sanrai Smagulova spoke in detail about the practice of reviewing corruption offenses, the basic principles of building a transparent and fair educational system, as well as what measures each student and employee of the university can take to strengthen the atmosphere of trust and fairness.Case studies presented by the speaker helped to reveal complex aspects of the fight against corruption in an accessible and understandable way. 
At the end of the seminar, the participants were able to ask questions and discuss ways to develop anti-corruption policies in organizations.

Such events help raise awareness of current issues and strengthen the principles of integrity, honesty and openness in the university environment.
