On September 24, 2024 at 10:00 a leadership lecture "Referendum as a tool for identifying the civil position of Kazakhstanis" will be held by the Chairman of the Civil Alliance, member of the Public Council of Almaty and the city People's Headquarters for the construction of a nuclear power plant Abdykhalykov K.S.
The lecture will be held in room 309 at the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
