"Referendum as a Tool for Identifying the Civil Position of Kazakhstanis"

The lecturer, Chairman of the Civil Alliance, member of the Almaty City Public Council and the City People's Headquarters for the Construction of a Nuclear Power Plant, Kairzhan Sayasatovich Abdykhalykov, emphasized the importance of a referendum as a mechanism that allows citizens to directly express their opinions and preferences. In the context of rapid changes in the political and social life of the country, this form of participation is becoming especially relevant.
