The official reception dedicated to the introduction of new scholars of the British Embassy Chevening Scholarship

Associate Professor of the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-Based Medicine, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Ussatayeva G.M. was invited to the official reception dedicated to the introduction of new scholars  of the British Embassy Chevening Scholarship as a speaker. The reception was attended by the British Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Leach, Director of the British Council in the Republic of Kazakhstan Robert Taylor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIMEP University Stephen John Beresford Nye. Being the recipient of the same scholarship, Usatayeva G.M. spoke about her experience of studying at a British university (University of Leeds) under the program “Public Health (Research)”. In her parting speech, she wished the new scholarship holders health, successful studies and upon their return to find a niche for themselves to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired.
