A campus tour of the university was organized for the delegation of Hong Kong Polytechnic University headed by the Director of the Chinese and Global Development Network, Department of Applied Social Sciences HaK PolyU, co-director of the Beijing-Hong Kong Center for Social Work Research in China G. Ben Ku.

After the opening of the joint research Center at the university, KazNU will become the base for PolyU to establish contacts with the countries of the region, conduct research, develop academic and professional cooperation, conduct negotiations and seminars, develop student leadership and training programs in the service sector, etc.
