A university-wide clean-up day has been organized

On October 5 of this year, a university-wide clean-up day was organized at the KazNU campus as part of the National Environmental Campaign "Taza Kazakhstan". The leadership of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, as well as teachers and students of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism took an active part in the clean-up.

The purpose of this clean-up day fully coincides with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 - Good health and well-being, SDG 6-Clean water and sanitation, SDG 15 - Conservation of terrestrial ecosystems) and encourages young students to maintain a clean environment, form an ecological culture and improve the sanitary condition of the KazNU campus.
