Gender Equality is The Key to Sustainable Development

On October 8, 2024, a discussion was held with 45 first-year students of the Geodesy and Cartography program (all attended) on gender equality and its role in sustainable development. Gender equality is one of the key elements of sustainable development. Equality between men and women strengthens social and economic stability, reduces poverty, and promotes the creation of an inclusive society. Achieving gender equality in Kazakhstan requires ensuring equal opportunities in education, healthcare, and the workplace.
