Victory for the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics in the final of the «Sunkar Cup-2024»!
On October 11, 2024, the final of the «Sunkar Cup-2024» KVN game, organized by the Professional Bureau of Students and Masters of the Kazakh National University, became a vibrant event, bringing together students, faculty, and humor enthusiasts. This event not only showcased the talents and creativity of students but also strengthened the spirit of unity and friendship among participants, directly related to Sustainable Development Goal 11 — “Sustainable Cities and Communities.”
Our faculty’s team, «Farabi», demonstrated outstanding preparation and creativity, winning first place in the final. Team members presented the audience with numerous witty jokes and original performances, earning a cash certificate of 500,000 KZT. This victory was the result of hard work, team spirit, and support from classmates and professors.
The second place went to the team «Milliard» from the Faculty of Geography and Natural Resources, which received a certificate for 200,000 KZT. The third place was taken by the team «BAQ» from the Faculty of Journalism, awarded a certificate for 100,000 KZT. Although the team «Avangard» from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology rounded out the list of prize winners, they were also recognized for their participation and received a “Trip to Kolsai” as a pleasant bonus for their efforts and creativity.
Special mention goes to the nomination for “Best Player,” awarded to Tilemіs Sayat. His bright performances and charm earned him a “Trip to Tashkent,” a well-deserved reward for his talents and efforts.
The final of the «Sunkar Cup» was not just a competition but a true celebration of humor and creativity. Participants demonstrated the importance of team spirit and mutual support, creating an atmosphere of joy and fun. These aspects contribute to the formation of sustainable and inclusive student communities, aligning with the goals of sustainable development. We thank all participants for their creativity, organizers for their excellent arrangement, and viewers for their support.
