KazNU students took 2nd place in chess competition

As part of the implementation of SDG GOAL 3 – GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

From October 16 to 17, 2024, the XI Youth Forum of Transport Workers "KAZLOGISTICS" was held, traditionally held among higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This year, this meeting in Almaty was also held at the highest level. The best and most active students of a number of educational institutions took part in this important forum and tried their luck. Fourth-year students of the Logistics specialty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in the forum, where knowledge and skills were tested. Students of Al-Farabi KazNU, who annually take prizes at this event, demonstrated their knowledge and priorities and contributed to the high level of the forum. In addition, sports competitions in mini-football, table tennis and chess were held within the framework of the forum. The 4th year students of the Logistics specialty also took part in this competition, where their intelligence and abilities were tested, they demonstrated their high level of skill. Our students Tuskenova Madina, Mohammad Qais Khatibi, Hasibullah Badghisi and graduate student Murat Nurdaulet took the 2nd place in the chess competition. Preparation for the students' participation in this forum was organized by the head of the Business Technologies Department Akhmetova Z.B., teachers Abdikul Sh.N, Boltaeva A.Zh., Baimukhanbetova E.E., as well as the 1st year graduate student of the Logistics (by industry) specialty Murat N.M. The forum participants thanked the organizers of such an important event and wished them success in their work.
