Liu Huaide, Vice President of Hunan Pedagogical University, spoke about the university, the university ranks 5th in the Top 100 best universities in China and is among the Top 350 leading universities in terms of the quality of scientific publications in natural sciences according to the Nature Index (2023). At the end of his speech, Mr. Liu Huaide made a number of proposals that are planned to be implemented within the framework of the agreement.
