"Kazakhstan is my sovereign country"

24.10.24 at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Ph.D. Mynbatyrova Nurlaim Kanbatyrovna held an advisory hour on the topic "Kazakhstan – egemendi elim menin" with the participation of students of the 405 group of advisors. On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Republic adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty, an important historical document that laid the legal foundation for the development of the country as an independent state. The declaration emphasizes the integrity of the country's territory, its inviolability, the most important tasks of the state - the revival and development of native culture, traditions, language of the Kazakh people and representatives of other ethnic groups of Kazakhstan, strengthening national dignity. It was announced that issues related to the political, economic, social, national and cultural construction of the republic, its administrative and territorial structure are solved independently without anyone's intervention.
Presentations dedicated to the Republic Day provided an opportunity to get acquainted with interesting facts about the history of the celebration of the Republic Day, the content and significance of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR, as well as figures who were directly involved in the development and adoption of this Declaration.
Today we are proud to celebrate Kazakhstan's achievements in the political and economic spheres, as well as on the world stage. On this significant day, we wish prosperity and well-being to our Motherland - the Republic of Kazakhstan, may the unity, peace and harmony of the people become the eternal strong support of our statehood!
