26 october, 2024

On October 26, 2024, the teacher of the Department of Geography and Land Management, cadastre N.A. Kurbankozha held an open lesson with 1st year students of the specialty "6B05205-Geography" on the topic "The current state of alternative energy sources". The event was held within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDGs).

The list of alternative energy sources is supplemented by solar, water, wind, and biogas energy. The advantages and disadvantages of modern new energy sources were discussed by the students.

Alternative energy allows countries to diversify their economies and protect them from unpredictable fluctuations in fossil fuel prices, as well as promote inclusive economic growth, create new jobs and break the dependence of energy sources on imports.

The integration of the above-mentioned alternative new types of energy into a holistic asset is a noble duty to humanity, a duty to the generation.
