Educational Programs and Student Volunteering for Health and Well-Being
On October 10, educator B.M. Melisova conducted important and inspiring educational programs aimed at improving the health and well-being of our community of the implementation of UN SDG No. 3!
The topics included:
- ✅ Hygiene and proper nutrition – the foundation for a long and active life;
- ✅ Family planning – the importance of a conscious approach to parenthood;
- ✅ Sports and physical exercises – how to maintain physical fitness;
- ✅ Healthy aging – key aspects for preserving energy and vitality in older age.
Our student volunteers played a crucial role in these projects by helping spread important knowledge and organize events. The youth are our future, and they are already laying the foundation for a healthier society!
