THE ISSUES OF CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF KAZAKHSTAN AS A DEMOCRATIC AND LEGAL STATE WERE DISCUSSED

On October 22, 2024, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic and legal state", dedicated to the Republic Day and dedicated to the memory of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Sultan Sartaevich Sartaev, organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, constitutional and administrative law. The conference was attended by government and public figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientists from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, foreign countries and the teaching staff of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law. The conference participants noted the great contribution of academician, public and statesman, one of the authors of the declaration "On the State Sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR" Sartaev Sultan Sartaevich in the foundation and construction of independent Kazakhstan, its sovereignty and independence. In the final resolution of the conference, a proposal was made to build a digital museum named after S.S.Sartaev, to name a street and a school in Almaty after academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Sultan Sartaev.
