Visit to the Botanical garden as part of the implementation of SDG No. 15 "Conservation of ecosystems and land"

On October 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., as part of the implementation of SDG No. 15 "Conservation of Ecosystems and Land", teachers of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University visited the Boston Garden with students of 212 and 2013 groups majoring in Law Enforcement to increase environmental awareness of students and for practical The study of UN SDG 15, including the protection, restoration and sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems. Teachers and students spent the day exploring various areas of the garden, communicating with its specialists and discussing specific problems and ways to solve them. Many students noted that visiting the botanical garden allowed them to see environmental problems from a new perspective and realize the importance of biosphere resources for life. The visit to the Botanical garden was a useful and informative event, contributing to the improvement of the ecological culture of students and their involvement in environmental protection.
