The best presentation contest "About the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

06.11.2024. as part of the implementation of SDG No. 16 - Peace, Justice and effective institutions, at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, 3rd year students held a competition for the best presentation "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan", timed to coincide with the adoption of the new Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Prosecutor's Office". The choice of this topic was determined by the relevance of changes in legislation and the importance of the institution of the Prosecutor's office in the country's legal system. During the event, students demonstrated deep theoretical knowledge, creativity, as well as high public speaking skills, effectively and convincingly presenting their ideas to a wide audience. The purpose of the competition was to: - development of key learning competencies such as research skills, analytical thinking, presentation skills and creative perception; - creating conditions for the exchange of knowledge and ideas between participants, stimulating critical reflection on issues related to the activities of the prosecutor's office. The significance of this competition for students lies in the fact that it contributes to the deepening of their professional knowledge, the development of self-presentation skills and confidence in their abilities, as well as contributes to the expansion of their scientific and legal horizons.
