"Issues of Combating Organized Crime in the Current Situation"

The Center for Specialist Training in Combating Organized Crime at the Yessbolatov Almaty Academy, in cooperation with the Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA-10), held an international scientific and practical conference to mark the opening of a new conference hall and discuss "Issues of Combating Organized Crime in the Current Situation"
Representatives from international organizations (EECA, BOMCA, EPCAAA), along with instructors from law enforcement agencies, military academies, secondary schools, and legal scholars participated in the conference.
Notably, Kazakh National University faculty members were present, including Associate Professor, Ph.D. L.T.
Kultemirova, and Senior Lecturer, Ph.D. B.A. Torgauytova, from the Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law," as well as other experts.
At the conference, it was emphasized that the success of crime-fighting efforts depends on coordinated action at all levels, from national to international, and on the ongoing improvement of legal, technical, and organizational mechanisms.
