National wealth: human capital development

05.11.2024 In accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4 – quality education, SDG 17: "Global Partnership for Sustainable Development"), a guest lecture was organized at the Economics Department as part of binary classes on the National Economy training course.

For 4th year students of the specialty "6B04103 – Economics", a guest lecture was held by a business analyst specialist of the International Association of Financial Groups "Freedom Holding Corporation" in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of Political Science Kikimov Sanjar on the topic: "National wealth: human capital development".

During the guest lecture, Kikimov Sanzhar Satzhanovich touched upon the problems in the labor market of Kazakhstan due to the lack of qualified specialists and professionals in their field, as well as the potential for the development of human capital in the country. Revealing the role of such an urgent issue in the development of the national economy, Business analyst Kikimov Sanzhar shared new technologies and approaches in human resource management, as well as instilled the necessary skills for students to think professionally.

The guest lecture was active with heated discussions and aroused the interest of the students.
