The impact of cyclical crises on banks' credit policy

08.11.2024 In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4 – Quality education, SDG 17: Global Partnerships for Development) A guest binary lecture was held with 3rd year students of the specialty "6B04106 - Finance" of the Higher School of Economics and Business in the academic discipline "Macroeconomics" with the participation of the Senior Manager of the RBK Contact Center of the Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolysbekov Batyrzhan Dastanovich.

During the binary lesson, an open lesson was organized in order to improve the quality of education using interactive, innovative approaches in education. To determine the direction of stabilization of macroeconomic policy, RBK Bank representative Batyrzhan Dastanovich assessed the portfolio of second-tier banks based on the topic "The impact of cyclical crises on banks' credit policy" and discussed issues of regulating state budget expenditures during the crisis. At the end of the open lesson, the results were summed up: active students were awarded diplomas and certificates of participation.
