The visit of the teachers of the Department of IR and WE to the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenova

As part of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 17 (SDG 17), senior lecturers from the Department of International Relations and World Economy, Syrym Maratovich Parpiyev and Gulzada Abdusagatovna Apsattarova, established contacts with the faculty and administration of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering, named after Sh. Yessenov. During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in the fields of science and education were discussed.

Senior Lecturer Syrym Maratovich Parpiyev delivered a guest lecture for students on the topic "What Can I Do with a Degree in International Relations?" The lecture generated great interest among students and proved to be highly relevant. Syrym Maratovich spoke in detail about the various professional opportunities available to graduates of this program, emphasizing a wide range of career paths—from the diplomatic service and international organizations to business, analytical centers, and fields such as international law and communications. Special attention was given to the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, including foreign language proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in conditions of international instability.

The university administration highly appreciated the lecture and expressed gratitude for the contribution to the development of cooperation and education.
