Scientific internship of master students of the educational program "Life safety and environmental protection" in the direction of SDG 8

November 20, 2024, 2nd year undergraduates of the educational program "Life safety and environmental protection" (spring enrollment) They reported to the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development on the results of a two-week internship at the Institute of Mining in the context of the implementation of SDG 8 "Decent Work and Economic Growth", presenting their achievements, knowledge gained and plans to apply their experience in further scientific and professional activities.

During the internship, the participants studied modern approaches to ensuring safety at production facilities and preventing risks at mining enterprises. Undergraduates gained unique experience, strengthened professional competencies and established useful contacts with leading industry experts.
