V regional advertising forum "RAF-2024: 4.0 communication strategy" organized by the Central Asian Advertising Association (CAPA)

On November 7, 2024, the V Regional Advertising Forum "RAF-2024: Communication Strategy 4.0" was held, organized by the Central Asian Advertising Association (CAPA). Within the framework of the SDG in direction No. 04 - "Quality Education", 3rd year students of the Marketing specialty Orazgazy Adiya, Tlepbergen Dinara, Erlanova Ayaulym took part in the forum. 

The forum considered and discussed various issues, including: what is important for the consumer and what models motivate his choice; Do existing communication channels meet today's requirements and how will they change in the future? How to effectively integrate user experience and data-driven marketing, what marketing rules are changing and which remain fundamental; What new tools do we have or do we need to create in the near future to ensure successful customer service? etc.
