Kazakhstan's National Cultural Heritage: Ethnic Consciousness and Shared Values

On November 20, 2024, the Higher School of Economics and Business, Department of Economics, held an open curator-adviser hour in Hall 5 on the topic "Kazakhstan's National Cultural Heritage: Ethnic Consciousness and Shared Values." This event was organized within the framework of SDG-11: "Sustainable Cities and Communities." During the event, issues of preserving and promoting Kazakhstan's cultural heritage, strengthening ethnic consciousness, and advancing shared values among the population were discussed. Participants emphasized the importance of integrating cultural traditions into modern society to ensure sustainable development and harmonious coexistence of diverse ethnic groups. Examples of successful projects to preserve national heritage in various regions of Kazakhstan were also reviewed. Special attention was given to the role of youth in preserving and developing shared values through educational and cultural initiatives.
