SDG (16) "peace, justice and effective institutions"

October 23, 2024 doctor of law, professor of the department "theory and history of state and law, constitutional and administrative law", within the framework of the SDG (16) "peace, justice and effective institutions", dedicated to the day of the Republic A.S. Ibraeva held a Leadership Lecture at the Faculty of geography and nature management of Al-Farabi kaznu. "I congratulate everyone on the national holiday - Republic Day. Adopted on October 25, 1990 Declaration "on Kazakh state sovereignty"

It should be noted that this was the first step towards the formation of a sovereign state of Kazakhstan. The declaration consists of 17 articles. The declaration was adopted by the Supreme Council. The report was made by Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of law, professor Zimanov tax Zimanovich. Also, academician of the NAS RK, doctor of law, professor Sultan Sartayevich Sartav took an active part in the preparation of this declaration.
