A leadership lecture "THE EFFICIENCY OF COUNTERING CRIME" in "Turan" university.

On November 18, 2024, Turan University hosted a Leadership Lecture by Professor T.K. Akimzhanov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Director of the Research Institute of Law
Theme of the Leadership Lecture: ON INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF COUNTERING CRIME IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN IN LIGHT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.-Zh.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2024 "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism" for master's and doctoral students of Turan University, Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov, as well as for master's and doctoral students of Foreigners from China of the Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law" of KazNU named after al-Farabi, the organizer of this event is PhD in Law, senior lecturer of the department Torgautova B.A. department.
The Leadership Lecture discussed the Review of Legal
Policy Concepts:
2002-2010: Laid the foundation for a systematic approach to combating crime;
2010-2020: Strengthening law and order measures and minimizing the involvement of citizens in criminal justice;
2021-2030: The updated concept is aimed at improving non-custodial measures and humanizing criminal policy.
These scientific materials and studies left vivid impressions, inspired all participants and guests of the lecture to new relevant research and opened up prospects for professional growth.
