A leadership lecture by Professor of Tashkent State Law University J.T. Halmuminov 

On November 20, 2024, within the framework of SDG-13, a leadership lecture by Zhumanazar Tashtemirovich Halmuminov, Doctor of Law, Professor of Tashkent State Law University, was held at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The lecture was devoted to the topical topic "Legal protection of climate", during which the professor spoke in detail about international and national legal mechanisms for environmental protection, as well as the role of environmental law in combating climate change. In his speech, Zhumanazar Tashtemirovich stressed the importance of integrating environmental norms into the legal system to ensure sustainable development and nature protection. The lecture aroused great interest among students and teachers, becoming an important contribution to raising awareness of climate change problems and legal ways to solve them.
