“How to Organize a Summit” Adilet Kumar
On November 26, 2024, a leadership lecture by Kazakh diplomat, writer, and professor at KIMEP University, Adilet Kumar, was held at the Faculty of International Relations. The meeting focused on an important aspect of international relations — protocol. Adilet Kumar shared his personal experience, recounting three instances when he worked as a translator and his active involvement in organizing various events. He also spoke about the activities of the OSCE, highlighting Kazakhstan’s role as the chairman of the organization in 2010.
Special attention was given to the topic of his company, Business Protocol, which is also an important aspect for students aspiring to pursue a career in international relations.
Adilet Kumar further elaborated on the OSCE Protocol Summit and the significance of protocol practices in international negotiations.
The active participation of students, who asked questions and engaged in the discussion, demonstrated the high level of interest and engagement in the meeting.
