Forum «Stalking. How to create protection»

Be a force for good!
On November 27, 2024, within the framework of SDG-16 «Peace, justice and effective institutions», as well as the international campaign «16 days of active action against violence», a forum was held on the topic: «Stalking. How to create protection», organized by the Union of Crisis Centers in Kazakhstan.
The forum participants were representatives of various fields, but directly related to the problem of violence, including domestic violence. These are: psychologists, lawyers, employees of crisis centers, police officers. A woman who has been a victim of persecution and violence and managed to get out of a difficult situation and difficult relationships shared her difficult life experience.
The forum was also attended by students of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University under the guidance of the teaching staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law (Baymakhanova D.M., Tursynkulova D.A., Kultemirova L.T.).
An urgent and painful topic caused a lively discussion, during which the guys received answers to answer many of their questions.
The slogan of the forum was the thesis: «Be a force for good!»
