The 15th point of the Sustainable Development Goals is aimed at protecting, restoring and rationally using terrestrial ecosystems.
This goal includes effective forest management, combating desertification, stopping land degradation and preserving biodiversity. As a result of human activity, the degradation of natural ecosystems is occurring at a rapid pace.
The implementation of this goal requires coordinated actions by society, government agencies, businesses and international organizations. The protection of terrestrial ecosystems is an important step in ensuring the future of humanity and global stability.
