Leadership Lecture by the Founder of “Jana Post” Company at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University: Innovations and Technologies in Logistics

On December 2, 2024, a leadership lecture was held for 2,3 year students of the “Logistics” specialty at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The event was organized by the Department of “Business Technologies” of KazNU, and the speaker was Serjan Tokai, the founder of the company “Jana Post” (https://janapost.kz/ru/home) .

During the lecture, Serjan Tokai discussed the current trends in logistics, as well as the use of modern IT technologies and artificial intelligence in cargo transportation. He emphasized the key role logistics plays in the economy by connecting producers and consumers worldwide, and how innovations in this field can significantly improve the efficiency of business processes.

Special attention was given to the leadership qualities and skills necessary for a successful career in logistics. Serjan Tokai highlighted the importance of a proper approach to market changes, the use of new technologies, and business models to achieve success.

The lecture also addressed the role of logistics in sustainable economic growth and its contribution to Sustainable Development Goal No. 8 — “Decent Work and Economic Growth.” Students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions and sharing opinions about the future development prospects of the logistics industry in Kazakhstan.
