"City of the Future" Drawing Contest
On November 28, 2024, the second stage of online voting took place on the Telegram channel (https://t.me/+w3v_DCDidaExMTE) as part of the Republican Creative Drawing Contest "City of the Future" among school students of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Al-Farabi Library.
The contest was organized by curators-advisors, Candidate of Law Sciences N.S. Temirbolat, and Senior Lecturer S.Sh. Daubassova from the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Forensics, along with students from Groups 106 and 117.
The goals of the contest include:
* Increasing interest in the history of one's native city: The contest aims to help children and teenagers learn and understand the history and culture of their cities, fostering their identity and patriotism.
* Instilling spiritual and moral values in students and the younger generation: The contest seeks to nurture values such as friendship, respect, and care for one's surroundings in children.
* Fostering an active civic position in the younger generation: Participation in the contest helps children realize their role in society and develops their desire to engage in public life.
* Developing children's creativity and artistic imagination: The contest provides a platform for self-expression and showcasing the creative abilities of students, contributing to their comprehensive development.
The winners of the contest will be determined through online voting.
