Lecture within the framework of SDG 4: "AI in Language Learning and Translation"

On December 3, 2024, in room 809, Bekova Zh.K., a lecturer of the Department of Diplomatic Translations, gave an insightful and informative presentation to second-year students of the Translation program at Digital College. The event was part of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG ) 4 — “Quality Education” — and focused on the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in language learning and translation.

In her presentation, Bekova Zh.K. highlighted the following key topics:

- How modern technologies are helping to improve language learning and translation.

- The role of machine translation in education and its impact on the development of the translation profession.

Special attention was given to the discussion of innovative tools for language learning, such as online courses, language learning apps, and CAT tools, which significantly simplify and accelerate the translation process.
