On December 10, 2024, the senior lecturers of the Department of Turkology and Language Theory Mukatova M. And Kartabaeva A., organized a tour for the 2nd-year students of the department who arrived from Turkmenistan to the museum of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. This excursion was dedicated to the university's 90th anniversary and was within the framework of SDG on the topic: «Cultural Heritage is Eternal Legacy.» It aimed at introducing the students to the rich history of the educational institution and its achievements. The lecturers provided an engaging narrative about the significant moments and achievements of the university, showcasing valuable exhibits and archival materials.
The students were deeply impressed by what they saw and learned a lot about the university's traditions and successes. They noted the high level of organization of the event and thanked the lecturers for the opportunity to get closer to the history of KazNU. The tour left positive impressions on all participants and strengthened their sense of pride for their university.
