Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law" of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi in the framework of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the University held IV annual international scientific-practical conference on the theme "Actual issues of combating corruption".

The event was dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor Gulnara Useinova, who left an indelible mark in the development of science and legal education in Kazakhstan.

The conference brought together scholars, experts, practitioners and students from different countries to discuss the current challenges facing society and to find effective solutions in the fight against corruption. The participants presented reports, exchanged experience and proposed new approaches to the creation of anti-corruption mechanisms.

Special attention was paid to the speech of Kairzhan Tokushev, Head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University, who congratulated the university on its anniversary and emphasized the key aspects of the anti-corruption compliance program.

Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Aizhan Zhatkanbayeva in her speech noted the outstanding contribution of Professor Gulnara Useinova to the development of legal science, as well as her significant role in the formation of the legal system of Kazakhstan.

Such conferences contribute to the strengthening of scientific dialogue, exchange of experience and international interaction, which emphasizes the importance of collective efforts in the fight against corruption at the global level.
