On December 9, the Far East Department held a curator’s hour with third-year students of the Department of Japanese Studies. The session focused on SDG-16, "Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions," under the theme "Human Rights and Freedom of Speech."

Students analyzed the topic by comparing the situations in Kazakhstan and Japan, with special attention given to Kazakhstan. Specific examples were used to examine the issue, leading to a lively discussion.

Undoubtedly, such events play a significant role in shaping young people's opinions and perspectives on various important issues.
