The Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Doctor of Law", Professor Z.Zh. Kenzhaliyev sincerely congratulates Al-Farabi KazNU on its 90th anniversary, having received the high award of the "Order of Honor".

This award is proof of his invaluable contribution to the development of science, legal education and strengthening of the legal system of Kazakhstan.

We express our deep gratitude to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his far-sighted policy aimed at supporting science and education. In addition, we would like to thank State Advisor Erlan Karin for the successful implementation of the initiatives of the President of the country.
