"New trends in the legislation on administrative offenses"

On January 27, 2025, the advanced training course "Fundamentals of Law and Anti-Corruption Culture" was held, in which teachers of the Faculty of Law took part. The course opened with a speech by Leila Timurovna Kultemirova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, who covered in detail the current changes in the legislation on administrative offenses on the topic "New Trends in the Legislation on Administrative Offenses". In her presentation, she focused on significant innovations that came into force in 2025, aimed at improving the legal system, improving control and protecting the rights of citizens. In conclusion, Leila Timurovna answered questions from colleagues.
