This also requires changes in educational and upbringing processes so that the right values are instilled from an early age.

Thus, the President’s speech emphasized the necessity not only of ensuring law and order but also of forming a mature, responsible attitude toward the law in society. This, in turn, will create a solid foundation for the country's development and increase citizens' trust in the government.
