Updating and implementing educational programs. Attention to educational and scientific processes, active implementation of new approaches and technologies - all this helps us move forward and improve the quality of education. One of the priority areas of the department for 2025 will be the updating of educational programs. Labor law is one of the key and in-demand areas of law, covering broad issues of regulating labor relations, protecting workers' rights and interacting with employers. Today, in the context of dynamic changes in the labor market and the latest challenges of globalization, the training of highly qualified specialists in this area is becoming especially relevant. In this regard, the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law is actively working to consolidate and implement the new educational program "Labor Law, Social Security Relations" for the Master's degree.

Strengthening scientific work and international cooperation. The department continues to develop scientific research, and 2025 will be the time for the active implementation of innovative approaches in the field of civil and labor law. It is necessary to strengthen work on scientific projects of grant and program-targeted financing with the involvement of foreign scientists. We also plan to expand cooperation with foreign universities and research centers, employers in order to exchange experiences and develop joint projects within the framework of international conferences and joint publications.

Innovative technologies in education. In 2025, the department will continue to introduce new technologies for more flexible and convenient learning. We actively use online platforms, webinars, training seminars, advisory discussions for practicing lawyers and researchers on various problematic issues, the speakers are the teaching staff of the department.

Conferences, seminars and open lectures. In 2025, the department will continue the tradition of holding scientific conferences, olympiads, round tables and open lectures with the participation of leading experts, researchers and practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity for students and teachers to exchange experiences and discuss current issues in the field of law.

The Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law is committed to the active development and improvement of the educational process and the implementation of the main points of the Roadmap of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law for the promotion of the university in international rankings for 2025.
