
The issue of public order is always relevant. Any disorder in society should not be ignored. In turn, lawbreakers must face appropriate punishment. As the writer Baurzhan Momyshuly once said: "One who follows discipline will not be a slave." Upbringing begins with discipline and responsibility. To privide the prosperity of our country and society, order and education are essential.
In this context, on February 5, 2025, Associate Professor of the Physical Training Department at Makan Yessbolatov Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, Police Lieutenant Colonel Bekzhan Bekenuly, and the Senior Lecturer of the Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Erzhan Nurlanuly, delivered a lecture on yhe topic: "Public Order is the State Stability " for the second-year students majoring in "Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages" at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The lecture explained the role of public order in strengthening the state, followed by a Q&A session with the students. After the lecture, the students asked questions about penalties for repeated offenses among young people, fines for disturbing the peace in residential areas, types of offenses that result in being placed under police supervision, and administrative penalties for littering and other violations. Additionally, the discussion addressed the growing issue of fraud, particularly phone and internet scams. Police officers provided detailed explanations of what actions should be avoided to prevent falling victim to cybercriminals.
